Kaki Friskics-Warren is the Giving Matters Director for the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee. In this video she describes being approached by The Tennessee Center for Nursing, for assistance with their efforts to help resolve the nursing crisis. The combined powers of these two organizations were able to quickly create and implement their PIN project - The Nursing Crisis in Tennessee: Building Capacity through Collaboration.
